Update Regarding COVID-19

Our hearts go out to all who have been impacted by this crisis. During these unprecedented times and amidst an overwhelming sense of uncertainty, our ability to come together as a community will allow us to overcome this challenge. We are with you and we are here for you.

All of our offices remain open and regular business hours are in place. Inbound and outbound shipping from our warehouses has not been impacted. We are in continuous contact with our global network of Supplier partners to ensure minimal impact on your business. As a true stocking distributor, our goal is to maintain sufficient inventory levels to buffer any disruption.

Due to global travel restrictions, the airline industry is facing significant challenges. This has implications for us within our air cargo business. Airlines are announcing changes to their policies and delays in air cargo due to reduced capacity. For any specific international airfreight shipments, we will communicate all options to those directly impacted.

Utilizing the recommendations of the CDC, WHO and all Federal, State and Local agencies, we have put in place measures to protect our safety. Below is a brief summary of actions we have already taken to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and broader community:

Employees who are able to work from home are being asked to do so. There will be no visitors allowed unless critical to the day-to-day operation of the business. All group training and meetings have been postponed indefinitely or will be carried out virtually. All travel is restricted unless absolutely necessary. Face-to-face meetings are to be limited, meeting time is minimized, and person-to-person contact avoided.
