Winter Fancy Food Show 2024 Recap
Our first trade show of 2024 is done! We were delighted to participate in this year's Winter Fancy Food Show organized by the Specialty Food Association. The event took place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from Sunday, January 20, to Tuesday, January 23.
We were once again inspired by the many industry leaders and innovators we met at the event. It was a great opportunity to engage with new and existing customers, and we listened attentively to what brands are looking for when it comes to packaging. In addition to the incredible networking opportunities, the educational presentations gave us deeper insight into consumer research and emerging product trends. Overall, it was a great experience that helped us stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the specialty food industry.
The Winter Fancy Food Show draws in recognized names to rising stars of the specialty food industry. It was an exciting event to network, forge new business connections, and strengthen relationships with our existing partners.
We had the pleasure of attending both the Winter and Summer Fancy Food Shows last year and are looking forward to returning to New York for the Summer Fancy Food Show June 23-25 at the Javits Center.
The Specialty Food Association (SFA) is a not-for-profit, membership-based trade association founded in 1952 that currently represents more than 3,000 businesses. Their members are made up of food artisans, purveyors, importers, entrepreneurs, distributors, retailers, and others involved in the specialty food trade. Paramount has been a member of the SFA since June 2022.
