Winter Fancy Food Show 2025 Recap
The first trade show of 2025 is behind us! We were thrilled to participate in this year’s Winter Fancy Food Show, organized by the Specialty Food Association. This was Paramount’s third time exhibiting at Winter Fancy Food, and it’s always an exciting time! The event took place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from Sunday, January 19, to Tuesday, January 21.
The show brought together a dynamic mix of industry leaders and innovators, and we were inspired by all the connections we made. It was a great opportunity to engage with new and longstanding customers, as well as gain insights into what brands are prioritizing when it comes to packaging.
Beyond the incredible networking, the educational presentations provided valuable perspectives on consumer research and emerging product trends. Overall, the event was an enriching experience that kept us informed about the latest developments in the specialty food industry.
The Winter Fancy Food Show consistently attracts everyone, from well-known names to emerging stars in the specialty food space. It was an exciting platform to initiate new business relationships and strengthen existing partnerships.
Last year, we had the pleasure of attending both the Winter and Summer Fancy Food Shows. The 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show will return to the Javits Center in New York from June 29 to July 1.
The Specialty Food Association (SFA), founded in 1952, is a not-for-profit, membership-based trade association representing over 3,000 businesses. Its members include food artisans, purveyors, importers, entrepreneurs, distributors, retailers, and others in the specialty food trade. Paramount has been an SFA member since June 2022.
