Winter Fancy Food Show 2023 Recap

This week we had the pleasure of exhibiting at the Winter Fancy Food Show put on by the Specialty Food Association. Held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from Sunday, January 15 to Tuesday, January 17, it was three days of networking, learning, trendspotting, and sampling some of the best and newest specialty foods in the industry.

With hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of new products, we were inspired by the leading experts and innovators in the industry. It was an incredible opportunity to meet new and existing customers and gain insight into packaging needs. Educational presentations provided further insight into consumer research and emerging product trends as well.

The Winter Fancy Food Show attracts the most notable names and up-and-comers in the specialty food industry. t was an exciting event to network, build new business connections, and strengthen relationships with current partners.

The Specialty Food Association (SFA) is a not-for-profit, membership-based, trade association founded in 1952, currently representing more than 3,000 businesses. Their members are made up of food artisans, purveyors, importers, entrepreneurs, distributors, retailers, and others involved in the specialty food trade. Paramount has been a member of the SFA since June 2022. Specialty food sales in the U.S. totaled over $148 billion in 2019.
